ChatEgg is a mobile client application designed to locally aggregate live chat streams from platforms including YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. ChatEgg acts solely as a client-side interface to render streams; we do not host, store, or edit the content, and we do not provide back-end messaging services.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

To use ChatEgg, you can choose to authenticate with your accounts on third-party platforms (e.g., Google/YouTube, Twitch, Kick). Your use of these third-party platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service:

• By connecting your YouTube account to ChatEgg, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand identifiers, graphics, code, and interface designs of ChatEgg are the exclusive intellectual property of Gemovation Labs. All product names, logos, and brands of connected services (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, etc.) are property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CHATEGG IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY API CHANNELS WILL REMAIN CONSTANTLY ACCESSIBLE.
