Welcome to ChatEgg ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Gemovation Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application ("ChatEgg") and website.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our stream-aggregation services, ChatEgg accesses your account details on other platforms via secure, local OAuth connections on your device:

• Google / YouTube Integration: ChatEgg requests read-only access to your YouTube account (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly`) to fetch live chat messages from your active live streams. We only fetch metadata related to the chat rooms and the messages therein.
• Authentication Data: When you connect platform accounts, we receive secure OAuth tokens. These tokens are stored **entirely locally on your device** in secure keychain storage. We do not store, view, or transmit these tokens to our own servers.

3. How Your Data Is Used

All data fetched from third-party platform APIs (such as YouTube, Twitch, and Kick live chats) is processed **locally on your device** to aggregate and render the live chats in the app's unified UI. **None of this data is collected, uploaded, or stored on Gemovation Labs' servers, and none of it is shared with third parties.**

4. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

ChatEgg's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not collect or store your live chat or authentication data on any remote servers, there is no remote data to delete. You can delete all locally cached tokens and configs at any time by disconnecting your platform accounts in the Settings section of the ChatEgg app, or by uninstalling the application.
